I conducted detailed research to map the end-to-end cardholder journey, uncovering major friction points in the rewards redemption process. Following a design thinking session with the team, I synthesized insights into actionable redesign strategies, streamlining user flows to prioritize clarity, ease of navigation, and faster reward redemption.

Visual, Interaction, and Responsive Design Execution

I designed a sleek, brand-aligned interface that elevated Chase’s premium identity, incorporating refined visual elements, a sophisticated color palette, and intuitive interaction patterns. I developed a fully responsive and accessible design system to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on mobile-first optimizations that drove a measurable lift in mobile engagement and streamlined reward redemption.
